Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding Portugal public holidays. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods.

We cover all duties & taxes on EU orders. Please note that some countries may require you to provide additional customs information to our carriers in order to receive your order.

We cover all duties & taxes on Angolan orders.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL
For orders outside of the territories listed above - duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Some countries may require you to provide additional customs information to our carriers in order to receive your order.

We ship Portugal and international orders from Portugal.
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend any details or addresses on orders once this has been processed at our fulfillment centre.

Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 7 working days of it reaching our warehouse. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email info@diversusoficial.com so we can investigate this for you.
HOW CAN I JOIN DIVERSUS LOYALTY CLUB?
As soon as you’ve registered an account, you are enrolled into Diversus Loyalty Club. By creating a Diversus account you are also opting into marketing and Loyalty Club communication.
WHAT ARE LOYALTY POINTS AND WHAT CAN I GET FOR THEM?
You can use points as virtual currency to redeem discounts and unlock rewards. Visit Redeem points to find out how exactly. Accumulating points allows you to reach higher tiers and unlock greater rewards.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY DISCOUNT CODE?
Each time you make a purchase at Diversusoficial.com visit the Redeem Points page and redeem your lifetime reward. This code will be automatically generated onscreen ready for you to copy and paste into the promo code box on the checkout page.
CAN I BE DEMOTED FROM A TIER BY REDEEMING POINTS?
Members cannot be demoted from a tier if they redeem points which takes them below a tier threshold. Once you rank up a tier you will never drop back down below that tier you have earned.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ACTIVE POINTS & LIFETIME POINTS?
Active points is the total number of points earned in the last 12 months. These points can be used to redeem credits under the redeem points section.
Lifetime points is the total number of points earned relating to your total spend since joining Loyalty Club.
WHERE CAN I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?
Simply log into your account and your current points balance will be displayed on your profile dashboard.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Yes, active points expire after 12 months from your last purchase.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I THINK THERE IS AN ERROR IN MY POINT BALANCE?
